The superbowl sucked. Prince sucked. I went to a party where we put the game in split-screen and just played Guitar Hero II instead. That was much better.
But holy crap, Puppy Bowl III?!? This was an artifact of our time. Totally hypnotic, bizzare, and great.
I kind of think that there should be a manditory puppy watching hour every Sunday night – not just during the super bowl. The world would be a better place.
I’ve been a Puppy Bowl fan since PBI… and it is great. VEERRRYYY hypnotic. I like it when the refs throw a flag and come out to pick up poop.
YES! Puppy Bowl sounds stupid, and it is a little, but it’s also entertaining as hell. It reminds me of the South Park episode Quest for Ratings in its hypnotic power. Once it’s on a TV, it’s hard to change channels, or even look away.
The biggest problem with it is they can’t fit all the breeds into one Puppy Bowl, so we didn’t get to see any Shar-Peis. Hmm… will there bee Puppy Playoff Season in the future?
